Frequently Asked Questions
brand strategy
What’s the difference between Brand Strategy and Visual Identity?
Brand Strategy is the set of choices that define who you: positioning, narrative, audience, and principles. Visual Identity is how those choices look and feel: logo, color, type, and a system for applications.
Strategy leads; design expresses.
What is a “Customer Journey Map,” and why does it matter?
It’s a clear view of the moments a customer moves through: from awareness to purchase and loyalty. We map needs, questions, and friction at each stage so your messaging and experience meet the right moment.
The result: sharper priorities, fewer gaps, and touchpoint that feel intentional and impactfulю
What does the discovery phase require from me?
Share any brand materials you have: decks, research, messaging, business model docs, etc. Then join a 60–90 minute Brand Discovery Session with you and other decision-makers, online or in person. We use our question framework to define what the brand stands for, who it serves, and the constraints.
Candor is welcome and confidential; it helps us move faster and make better choices.
brand identity
What if I don’t connect with the initial directions?
That’s what exploration is for, Visual Identity is a puzzle built from strategy, audience, and your vision. We use your feedback to refine or combine elements, then move forward with a clear favorite. The goal is a strategic alignment, not surprise.
Can you refresh my current visual identity instead of starting from scratch?
Absolutely. If your brand has equity we should keep: recognition in the logo, a signature color, a typographic feel, – we evolve rather than replace. We tighten the mark, update color and type, modernize layout rules, and clean up files so everything is consistent and usable.
Net effect: it feels new without losing what people already know.
What does the discovery phase require from me?
During the discovery phase, we’ll ask you to complete a short form to help us learn about your business, values, and audience. We’ll also ask for any brand materials, insights, or research you already have. Then, we’ll book a 30–60 minute Design Session together to talk through everything and set the foundation for design.
web design
Do you handle both design and development?
Yes. We take care of the full process: from wireframes to visual design to building and launching the site. We typically work with Webflow or custom-coded websites, depending on what best suits your goals and technical needs.
What happens after the site is live?
We offer post-launch support to help you monitor performance, tweak content, and resolve any bugs. Ongoing maintenance options are also available.
Can I update the site myself after it’s built?
Definitely. We build on user-friendly platforms and provide handoff documentation or training so you can keep things fresh without needing a developer.
art direction
Is this for digital only, or also physical spaces?
Both. We direct campaigns, pop-ups, shoot concepts, trade show booths, - you name it. Whether it’s on-screen or in a space, we bring your brand world to life.
What if I already have a creative team?
Great! We can plug in to provide creative leadership and visual cohesion across assets. Think of us as your external creative director.
What do you need from me before starting?
We’ll send a short prep guide, but mainly: your goals, references that inspire you, any brand assets you already have, and the scope of what needs to be created.
Can I book this for a one-time event or campaign?
Absolutely. Many clients use this package for product launches, photoshoots, or one-off campaigns that need creative firepower.
